CEDAR LAKE PROTECTION AND REHABILITATION DISTRICT

MEETING MINUTES – AUGUST 7, 2004

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Flom at 11:43 a.m. Saturday, August 7, 2004 at the Cedar Lake Community Center.

Members Present: Bob Goodlad, Don J. Demulling, Dennis Early, Jack Hayes, Doug Flom and Brad Johnson

Members Absent: John Bonneprise

The meeting agenda consisted of nominating Board members for positions.

Early moved to nominate Doug Flom as Chairman, seconded by Goodlad, and carried.

Demulling moved to nominate Dennis Early as Treasurer, seconded by Goodlad, and carried.

Goodlad moved to nominate Don J. Demulling as Secretary, seconded by Early, and carried.

Discussion was held on upcoming meeting agenda, which will be held Monday, September 27^th at 7:00 p.m. at the Star Prairie Community Center. The July monthly minutes will be read at the September meeting.

Demulling moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Goodlad, and carried. Meeting was adjourned at 12:25 p.m.
