CEDAR LAKE PROTECTION AND REHABILITATION DISTRICT

MEETING MINUTES – AUGUST 5, 2006

 

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Flom at 10:15 a.m. Saturday, August 5, 2006 at the Cedar Lake Community Center.

 

Members Present: Bob Goodlad, Don J. Demulling, Jack Hayes, Doug Flom, Brad Johnson,

Dennis Early, and Neil Johnson

 

The meeting agenda consisted of nominating Board members for positions.

 

Goodlad moved to retain the current Board positions, seconded by Demulling, and carried.

                                    Chairman – Doug Flom

                                    Secretary – Don J. Demulling

                                    Treasurer – Dennis Early

 

Demulling moved to donate $200.00 to the park party sponsored by the Star Prairie Fish & Game, seconded by Early, and carried.

 

The next meeting will be held Monday, October 23rd at 7:00 p.m. at the Star Prairie Community Center. 

 

Flom moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Goodlad, and carried.  Meeting was adjourned at 10:30 a.m.
