Demulling moved to approve the agenda, seconded by Goodlad, and carried.
The June 2006 minutes were read by Demulling. Goodlad moved to approve the minutes, seconded by Hayes, and carried

Demulling moved to approve the Treasurer’s report, seconded by Goodlad and carried.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Outlet Aquatic Plants: Hayes reported that the lake level will be dropped to the fall and winter levels and expressed concerns about the test plots of aquatic plants by the outlet. Demulling stated that Deb Konkle and Marty Engle of the DNR would do a spring assessment to determine how many and which plants survived the water drawdown and the winter impact on the different plants.
NEW BUSINESS
Aerator Update: Hayes reported that the aerator was shut down
October 5th. Water samples
have been submitted to the DNR. Oil
samples from the compressor have been tested and are reported to be acceptable.
Buoy Removal: Flom reported that the buoys were removed on
October 21st. Flom,
Demulling, and Goodlad placed the buoys in the storage area by the aerator
building.
