CEDAR LAKE PROTECTION AND REHABILITATION DISTRICT

MEETING MINUTES – AUGUST 2, 2008

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Goodlad at 10:39 a.m. Saturday, August 2, 2008 at the Cedar Lake Community Center.

Members Present: Bob Goodlad, Don J. Demulling, Brad Johnson, Dennis Early, and Stuart Nelson

Members Absent: Neil Johnson

The meeting agenda consisted of nominating Board members for positions.

Brad Johnson nominated Bob Goodlad as Chairman, seconded by Nelson, and carried.

Early nominated Don J. Demulling for Secretary, seconded by Brad Johnson, and carried.

Brad Johnson nominated Dennis Early as Treasurer, seconded by Nelson, and carried.

Chairman – Bob Goodlad

Secretary – Don J. Demulling

Treasurer – Dennis Early

Commissioner: Early moved to appoint Warren Wood to replace Doug Flom’s position as a board member, seconded by Brad Johnson, and carried.

Star Prairie Fish and Game: Early moved to donate $200.00 to the Star Prairie Fish and Game for the August Park Party which is held at River Island Park in Star Prairie, seconded by Demulling, and carried.

Demulling moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Early, and carried. Meeting was adjourned at 11:42 a.m.
